Next spring, a new Arctic Flying Theater will open at SeaWorld Orlando.

SeaWorld said the experience "invites families to soar over icy landscapes, dive beneath frozen waters and come face-to-face with some of the planet's most magnificent creatures."

Custom filming equipment was created to capture the video in remote parts of the Arctic. In addition to footage of animals like orca, beluga whales and walruses, the attraction will feature underwater scenes and video of the aurora borealis.

The indoor attraction is kid-friendly, with a minimum height requirement of 39 inches. The show will last four minutes and 30 seconds. Two multi-level theaters will each accommodate 30 guests.

SeaWorld Orlando president Jon Peterson said, "As guests disembark from the attraction, they'll find themselves in the awe-inspiring wonder of one of the world's most remote places."
